The Role As a highly proficient and experienced PMO Analyst, you will support the SAP Project Management Team to ensure a single source of live data throughout the project/programme planning, management and delivery activities. You will gather and provide data and analytical support, preparing data and formatting the KPIs and metrics. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Project Managers with defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives. At times the PMO Analyst may be asked to provide project support, when this is the case this will include, amongst other things, ensuring project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, provide regular project status updates, help acquire the necessary resources and skills, and contribute to the delivery of business systems to meet identified business requirements. Key Tasks Governance & Control: Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables Carry out assurance review processes as required by the Project Managers Planning, Reporting & Control: Work with the Project Managers to develop the Project Standards guide. Maintain a repository of project templates to support the Project Managers Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle Update and administer the project management demand forecast dashboard as required Prepare the monthly the project reporting pack Consolidate and check project reports Project Support Provide effective management support to project teams on small to medium sized projects, or assisting Project Managers on streams of other large projects

Job Description

Perform project audits in line with ITIL methodology

Ensuring project documents are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost,

and resource utilisation is monitored

Maintain the Project Management Demand Forecast dashboard

Create WBS elements for project codes and associated sales orders

Maintain budget information against the SAP projects

Maintain revenue forecasts against projects

Prepare induction packs for Project Managers

Any other reasonable duty or request

Desired Skills and Experience

Proven commercial experience of programme coordination and administration

Knowledge of project management tools and techniques

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Strong prioritisation and organisation skills to balance key priorities

A strong customer centric approach

An understanding of ITIL methodology

Technical skills required are, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

SAP is preferable.

Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail

Excellent relationship building skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease

Ability to be UK Security Cleared
