Ingredients1 box Ina Paarman’s choc chip biscuit mix125ml Kerrygold pure Irish butter1 large PnP egg500g salted pretzels, halved lengthways50g glacé cherries, cut into quarters500g Nicoletta edible writing gel, or icing (available at most PnP stores)

Directions• Preheat oven to 180˚C.• Make biscuit dough according to packet instructions with butter and egg.• Roll teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and set 3cm apart on a large baking tray.• Place two pretzel halves into the top of each ball for the antlers, and a cherry in

the centre of the biscuit for a nose.• Bake until golden and allow to cool for 2 minutes on tray,

removing to a cooling rack.• Use icing or gel to pipe on eyes and mouth once biscuits have cooled.
