Our events team will assist you to create a memorable wedding at Heritage Hanmer Springs.Anne Inglis and Isyss Choo have a wealth of experience and will be able to provide advice about what would work best for your special day.

Our events team can provide options for venue hire, menu selection and audio- visual equipment to suit your needs. Our team will provide you with a run sheet to ensure that each phase of your wedding runs smoothly.

On the day of your wedding our events team will be available to assist you through the course of the day. They will also be on hand to assist with the service andoverall running of your wedding for the duration of your time at Heritage Hanmer Springs.

Dean Robinson is the Executive Chef at Heritage HanmerSprings and has been driving our dining experience since November 2015. Dean is a New Zealand-born chef who has worked in the south of the South Island as well as in the high-pressure restaurant environment in Auckland. After five years in Auckland, he moved to South America to take part in the opening of a fine dining restaurant in Santiago, Chile where he was based for five years. On his return to New Zealand, Dean worked as Executive Chef at a busy hotel in Tekapo and then in a popular restaurant in Ashburton before coming to Heritage Hanmer Springs in the summer of 2015. His focus is to use the freshest local produce in the Hurunui region to create a truly memorable dining experience.
