We are a growing air service that has already been serving as Tourism Operators for over 40 years, including fly-in fishing and hunting trips to our 5 Outposts and American Plan Fishing Lodge, Cat Island Lodge. Our ever-expanding Air Service presently consists of 6 aircraft – on floats we operate an Otter, Beaver and Cessna-185, on wheels we operate 2 Navajos and 1 Caravan. We are looking for a ramp/dock hand to join our team as soon as possible. In this position you will be responsible for putting together loads, loading the freight onto the aircraft and keeping track of stock. (The students will assist the ramp leader). Other duties involve pumping out floats, catching floatplanes at the dock, odd jobs around the base, operating a forklift (upon training) and general help to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will:

- Be reliable and safety conscious. - Possess a valid driver’s license. – not necessary for student - Be able to adapt to the changing nature of aviation.- Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. - Be willing to work on call. – not necessary for student - Have knowledge of the aviation industry. - MUST have strong attention to detail. - Must be able to multitask and work quickly and efficiently.
