1. Please go to transaction ME23N

2. You will have the below mentioned screen

3. Single click on selection variant push button and we will have a dropdown.

4. Then click on Purchase Order option

The following screen will be popped up

5. Keep all the fields empty. Just enter the name of person who created the PO in the filed Name

of person responsible

I entered jmirza and the following screen popped up.

6. Double click the PO which you want to analyze and it will be opened in the screen like:

You can add other factors too for more analysis.
