The block can be designed to create multiple different shapes and sizes to compliment your property and has options to increase sizes by 1.2m increments and depths increasing to 4.2m.

This pod requires building consent.

02. project scope Once configured, your estimate is sent to your email for review. Contact one of the sales team to discuss the finer details.

Timeframe: 1–5 days

03. feasibilityThe feasibility report cost iss $575 incl gst (refunded if you go ahead with the project). This covers town planning, civil works, engineering, consent requirements, logistics and technical aspects.


05. design & specificationOne of our in-house Architectural Designers draw up a floor plan for your review. Back and forth discussions for a final layout are confirmed and signed to proceed to the next stage. We can then prepare a fixed priced contract.


04. confirmation & financeBased on your Feasibility Study we issue a quotation, which is 95% accurate. Discussion around bridging finance as traditional banks are adverse to offsite building projects.


06. consentingPrefab and Relocation consents are lodged with respective councils.

Timeframe 30 days

Your first progress payment is due

07. ConstructionThe modules begin to take shape in one of our three factories. This generally starts 10 days after consents are lodged.

Timeframe 40–50 days

Second and Third progress payments due

08. Delivery & ConnectionModules begin their journey to your property and are lifted in to place by crane. Once fixed to the foundations our ground crew connect the Pod to applicable services.


Fourth progress payment due

09. Code of Compliance CertificateOnce completed the Pod will finally be issued with its code of compliance certificate. Timeto enjoy your new Podular home.

Timeframe: 5–20 days depending on council
