POINTS TO THE REPLIES GIVEN BY RESPONDENTS

Respondent No. 1

1. Two death certificates issued by two different authorities on two different dates of registration of death and different dates of issuing of certificates having the different names of local places and names of Teshils. The registration of birth/death can be got done with one competent authority having jurisdiction over that area over the area of place of death. Both the certificates appears to be fakes as the certificate issued by the Additional District Registrar does not bear any printing number and the other certificate is issued on shows the date of registration of death 14/02/2007.

2. The so called legal heirs never intimated to the Ludhiana Improvement Trust about the death of Mr. Paramjit Singh from 15/12/1989 to 02/05/2006 i.e for a period of more than 16 years. Under these circumstances record from the Additional Registrar of Birth & Death may be summoned. Since these two certificates are full of suspicion, the record of Food & Supply Department, District Elections Authority, Ludhiana may be summoned to produce the documents regarding the intimation sent by the so called legal heirs regarding the so called death to get deleted the name of Paramjit Singh from the Ration Card and the Electoral Rolls of the concerned ward and constituency.

3. Construction of 1 room was done in 2003 and electricity meter was got installed in 2006 submersible pump is also installed in Plot No. 238-E already shown in the plan attached with the case.

4. Ludhiana Improvement Trust never raised quarry to different death certificates and its well established that they are in connivance with the respondent no 2, 3, 4 and so called legal heirs.

5. The file of Plot No. 238-E is incomplete and many pages are missing. Some pages are unauthenticated without signature of the authorities (pages no. 21 & 23) and even without dispatch number and dates (pages 69-79 and 81-89 are missing).

6. One payment of Rs. 16,000 has been deposited on 15/12/1989. How a person died on 15/12/1989 can deposit the payment on that vary date with the Ludhiana Improvement Trust.

7. Respondent No. 2 has neither supplied certified copies of documents referred to in his reply nor attached the same with the reply.

8. Respondent No. 3 has neither supplied certified copies of documents referred to in his reply nor attached the same with the reply.

9. The record may also be summoned Police Department as the death certificates being fake forged.

10. How can respondents no. 3, 4 have entered an executed agreement with the so called legal heirs how have produced fake death certificates to the Ludhiana Improvement Trust without succession certificate from the competent government authorities.
