What are we working with?

At our facility in Hay River we undertake every stage of the manufacturing process in-house from substrate cutting, to printing and vinyl application.

Our CNC machine allows for the precision engraving, cutting and shaping of substrates ranging from aluminum and Lexan to composites, vinyl and moose hide. We cut all of our signs in-house which means that complex custom shapes are no sweat. We maintain a stock of standard aluminum blanks to ensure the fast turn over we’re known for.

Between our four commercial digital printers, we print large scale on vinyl, paper, canvas and banner material. We also print directly to coroplast, aluminum, plastics and apparel.

Our printers apply award-winning eco-solvent ink designed for outstanding long-term outdoor durability, scratch and chemical resistance on all print media with an exceptional colour range.

Of our two commericial application tables, one has the largest available application surface on the market, allowing us to run multiple projects simultaneously to significantly reducing production time and producing large projects.

Who do we serve?

Based in the ‘hub’ of the north, we are well connected to the communities of the NWT and Alberta. Accessible by water, road and air, we receive production materials rapidly and deliver reliably on rush orders to development projects throughout the north. In addition to the Construction, Transportation and Mining & Resource Development sectors, we provide signage, way-finding and promotional solutions to commercial business, non-profit enterprises and government departments.

ROAD SIGNS

We manufacture government-code highway signage from aluminum blanks and industry standard reflective vinyl to produce rust resistant, weather proof signs that achieve lasting reflective performance in harsh environments.

With two different levels of reflectivity kept in stock at all times, we are able to meet your budgetary needs. Choose between High Intensity Primastic Grade Reflective Sheeting (HIP) or from Diamond Grade Reflective Sheeting (DG). Both options offer great visibility and have a lifespan of 10 years.

Window frosting is available in different levels of light obstruction frosting. Even the most intricate designs can be transferred to class.

CNC CUT SHAPES

With one of the most versatile Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines on the market today in house we offer fast turn around on your cutting needs. This machine is equipped with 3 cutting attachments consisting of a router, oscillating knife, and drag knife along with a registration camera to allow precision cuts after printing.

Past speciality projects have included a 12’ jet boat cut out of aluminum with our router, and finger puppets cut out of felt with our oscillating knife for a play school. Our drag knife in combination with the registration camera allowed us to print images to corplast then contour cut masks that were used during a themed golf tournament in Arizona.
