SALES POLICY

TermsNet 30 Days

PricesPrices include powder-coated finish, anchor bolts and template, full base cover or base plugs, and grounding provision. Consult factory for custom colors. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by the company. Once accepted and approved, orders will be billed at prices currently in effect at the time of shipment.

Freight TermsDelivery of poles is F.O.B. factory, freight allowed on orders with a total book price value of $2,150 or more. Anchor bolts can be sent in advance of poles with the cost of freight being borne by the customer.

Canceled OrdersCancellation of an order will be subject to a cancellation/restocking fee dependent upon where the job is within the Company’s production process. There is no fee associated with the cancellation of an order before the job has been released to production. A 35% restocking fee will apply once the order has been released to production, a 50% restocking fee will apply once any modifications to materials are made, and a 100% restocking fee will apply once powder coat has been applied.

Routing Lumecon will, at its discretion, choose the carrier it feels will provide the best service. Every effort will be made to accommodate a customer who prefers a specific carrier, providing the customer accepts responsibility for service and transportation charges.

ReturnsNo returned products will be accepted unless prior written return authorization has been given by Lumecon. Returned goods are subject to handling and restocking charges.

Damaged Goods or ShortagesTitle to and risk of loss upon each shipment passes to the purchaser at the factory loading dock. Prepaid freight costs are only for the customer’s convenience. Any claim for shortage or damage must be made to the delivering carrier by the purchaser. All freight should be inspected immediately for concealed damage. Failure to report concealed damage to the delivering carrier within 10 days relieves the carrier of all responsibility.
