Vietnam E-Government Framework
vMinistry of Information and Communication issued Vietnam E-Government Architecture Framework (Version 1.0), dated 04.21.2015.- Identify general Site Map of e-government architecture framework in the whole country. - This is basis for the ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies, from central to local building e-Government Architecture their details, saving time and resources, ensuring the consistency and the synchronization.- Based on that, state agencies and other agencies can develop and implement planning IT application according to the roadmap and responsibility at all levels, to ensure the connection, smoothly, shared infrastructure information.

List of National Database, have 06 nationaldatabases building priorities from 2015 are:
(1) National Database of Population by Ministry of Public Security in charge;
(2) National Database of Land by Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in charge;
(3) National Database of Registration issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment in charge;
(4) National Database of Statistics on population by Ministry of Planning and Investment in charge;
(4) National Database of Statistics on population by Ministry of Planning and Investment in charge;
(6) National Database of insurance by the Vietnam Social Insurance in charge.
