Letter from the Director

Hello Members and Friends!

Though we are welcoming a new decade, our New Year’s resolution of

enriching the lives of active adults remains the same as last year and the

year before. 125 LIVE will forever remain committed to creating an

inclusive environment in which all adults feel welcome and comfortable

while participating in a holistic approach to aging well.

We pride ourselves on successfully creating a community that addresses

every component of holistic aging. Our supportive atmosphere is one in

which you can engage socially with others, develop a sense of purpose

and meaning and maintain a lifestyle that is physically active and mentally

challenging.

Rather than making a resolution for 2020 based on pounds lost, make one

based on another set of numbers; new people to meet, art classes to

create in, activities to attend, fitness classes to sweat in, miles to swim,

pounds to lift or hours to volunteer.

We are here for you and cannot wait to hear of your 2020 successes. May

your new year be one filled with happiness, comradery and good health.

Sincerely,

Sylwia Bujak Oliver, Executive Director

The 8 Dimensions of Wellness looks at re-

covery from addiction through a different

harmful substance use, but then what? 8

Dimensions approaches recovery from an

entirely different perspective. Physical,

Emotional, Social, and Occupational are just

a few of the dimensions explored. This inter-

active group has become the bedrock of

many successful recoveries in the area. Men’s Group | Tuesdays 7pm
