All machines are fully owned by our company andmost importantly, POLYGARDTM range of floor and wall coatings are manufacturedin-house. From raw material to finished floor, you deal directly with PolymerInternational and are guaranteed a single source warranty on product andworkmanship.

Strict Assessments

Premature floor failures can be costly and time consuming to any industry.Which is why at Polymer International, weve developed the FloorCare service

program. Like equipment that needs regular servicing, a well-installed flooralso need regular attention to prolong its service life. With the FloorCareprogram, inspections by our in-house coating inspectors are done at regularintervals to your factory so that we can identify any irregularities andrecommend suitable solutions to keep your floor or wall systems in goodcondition thereby minimizing costly long-term repairs.

Thiscost effective range of floor coatings are applied from100 microns to 500 microns thickness and are suitablefor light duty applications in laboratories, clean rooms,pharmaceutical plants, assembly areas, foot-traffic aislesand general areas.

POLYGARDTMWECWater Borne Epoxy Coatings

POLYGARDTM WEC series of coatings are thin-film, water-borne floor systems applied in two to three coats for light

traffic conditions. These eco-friendly epoxy coatingscontain no solvents and are ideal for applications inhazardous environments, food plants and areas wheresafety is critical. Ideal for use in light-duty areas inpharmaceutical plants, hospitals, food processing plantsand warehouse industries.

POLYGARDTM PCSClear Concrete Sealers

POLYGARDTM PCS are clear sealers designed specificallyfor sealing concrete. Available in epoxy and acrylic

formulations, these clear, thin film floor sealers are appliedin thicknesses of 75 to 100 microns. Suitable for use incar parks, warehouses or anywhere else where a sealed,dust proofed and easy-to-maintain finish is required.

POLYGARDTM ESDStatic Dissipative and Conductive Coatings

The POLYGARDTM ESD series offers a range of floor systemsto prevent accidents and damages due to electro staticdischarges. Thicknesses range from 250 microns to 6mmand surface resistivity ranges from 2.5 x 104 to 1 x 106

for the conductive systems and 1x 106 to 1 x 109 for thestatic dissipative systems. These systems are recommendedfor use in hazardous environments, semi-conductormanufacturing, water fabrication plants, munitionsstorage, packing areas and areas requiring the safedischarge of static electricity.
