Polyurethane Rods, Blocks and Sheets are produced in our cast manufacturing process. They have a vast spectrum of end uses due to the variety of material specification avaiable.

Polyurethane is a flexible, resilient and highly durable engineering plastic. It is a highly versatile material offering excellent abrasion resistance, high load bearing capacity, extremely high flex life and good weather, ozone, oil and solvent resistance.

For food applications please request “FDA” at the end of the product code. Shore hardness and colour options are slightly more limited than the full standard PolyGlobal range. Please contact us to

discuss in more detail.

In cnjunction with the standard product range, PolyGlobal offers bespoke moulding toprovide finsihed parts and profiles. This incorporates both injection and cast moulding options in a

variety of materials including polyurethane.
