“Full Service: Without-Exception Perfection” The full service package is meant to take away ALL the stress and time it takes to plan a wedding. This package takes your vision and dream, and our knowledge to execute a
flawless wedding. This is your wedding and you are always the final decision makers. Below is a list of the services included in a full service planning package. If there are items in
addition to these you would like, let us know and they will be included in your contract.
•Monthly one-on-one hour long meetings to discuss wedding details, run errands, make wedding crafts or whatever you choose to use that time for
• Attendance at all vendor meetings if available
• Once the Bride & Groom questionnaire has been completed a detailed design/decor recommendation will be provided specific to your style, and budget along with vendors that match
• Contract review and negotiation
• Design board created specific to your décor and design to assist with choosing wedding details
• As requested assistance can be provided with wedding dress shopping, selecting bridesmaid dresses and the Groom and Groomsmen attire
• Money management tools provided
• Template to track guest, wedding events, RSVP’s
• Advice on etiquette and “Sticky Situations”
• Create/review ceremony and reception floor-plan
• Create a comprehensive event timeline
• Track and/or manage all vendor payments and balances
• Update your wedding website as needed
• Track all RSVP’s
• Provide a “Bride Personal Assistant” on the wedding day while getting ready and during photos

• Monthly to-do list sent to you to keep you on task with the many wedding details
• Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery and arrival
• Help with creating a delicious catering menu
• Conduct wedding rehearsal and organize wedding party
• Work with the DJ, Photographer and Banquet Captain to ensure all events are timely, they are photographed and food is served hot
• Oversee set-up at ceremony and reception and provide staff as needed
• Primary point of contact on the day of the wedding for all vendors and the bridal party
• Arrange placement at the ceremony and reception of all personal items, including items used during the ceremony, programs, toasting flutes, cake knife, etc. Secure items prior to leaving.
• All vendor discounts passed along to the Bride & Groom
• Coordinating and securing transportation for wedding party and guests
• Finding hotels and securing discounted room rates and manage room blocks for guests
• Assistance with designing Invitations, save-the-date cards, programs, menu cards, escort cards and favors (creating overall stationery “portfolio” for the wedding)

“Partial Planning”
Partial planning is perfect for the couple who has already chosen their venue, most of their vendors and knows exactly what kind of theme and vibe they want their wedding to have.
• Five one-on-one hour long meetings to discuss wedding details, run errands, make wedding crafts or whatever you choose to use that time for
• Detailed design/decor recommendation will be provided specific to your style, and budget along with vendors that match
• Contract review and negotiation
• Template to track guest, wedding events, RSVP’s
• Advice on etiquette and “Sticky Situations”

• Create a comprehensive event timeline
• Track and/or manage all vendor payments and balances

“Getting Started” Venue Only
For couples who are newly engaged and don’t know where to start. We help you by recommending venues who will match your style and budget. The “Getting Started”
package is perfect for the couple that wants to plan their wedding but doesn’t know where to start! (Later, couples can add the “Day-of- Perfection” service which provides an event
planner who will tie up all loose ends.) • Two One (1) Hour Meetings
• Initial meeting to discuss budget, vision, and style, and any follow up questions to the questionnaire. The second one hour meeting will be to review venue recommendations, describe recommended vendors, and prepare you for the site visits. An expected cost sheet will also be provided for each venue to estimate total cost. We will also use this time for any other questions or concerns you may have. From there the couple will visit each recommended venue and make a final decision.
• Design and Decor
• Once the Bride & Groom have chosen their venue, a detailed design/decor recommendation will be provided specific to your style
• Contract Negotiation and Review
• We will always try to get the best deals for you with every vendor and review the contracts before you sign. Reduced rates cannot be guaranteed.

“Getting Started” Venue and all Vendors

package is perfect for the couple that wants to plan their wedding but don’t know where to start! (Later, couples can add the “Day-of- Perfection” service which provides an event

“Day of Perfection” Day-of Perfection is for couples who want a planner to oversee all of the details during the final month before the wedding. We review all specifics of your contracts, work with you to
create your comprehensive timeline, and confirm the final details with your vendors prior to the wedding.
• Two detail meetings to discuss wedding details, vendors, timeline, etc. We will review vendors’ contracts and all of your wedding plans to cover any missed details.
• One venue site visit
• Email support
• Provide any last minute vendor suggestions if needed (within the month prior to the wedding)
• Create contingency plan (in the event of inclement weather)
• Advise clients on etiquette
• Create a comprehensive event timeline
• Schedule deliveries and pick-ups of wedding rentals
• Arrive prior to the first vendor arrival and remain on site until the end of your reception.
• Passing out of your final checks or gratuities to any of your vendors is included. Checks will be collected on the night of your rehearsal.
• Conduct wedding rehearsal and organize wedding party on the day of the wedding
• Work with venue and DJ/band to ensure timeline is followed accordingly.
• Oversee set-up at ceremony and reception by vendors and handle placement of all personal items.
• Act as primary point of contact on the day of the wedding for all vendors.
• Secure items with the responsible party prior to leaving.

“Full Service: Destination Perfection” The destination wedding package is very similar to the full service package. Because your
wedding is in a different city than you, handling the logistics and planning can be a little stressful. Our team is experienced in working with vendors worldwide and know what it
takes to get the job done primarily through phone, and email. We are present in the days leading up to your wedding and the day of your event to ensure your needs are met and
your wedding day goes as planned!
