Planning a DIY wedding can be overwhelming. From hiring the venue itself to furniture, linen, decorations, lighting, styling,

catering, cakes, staff and hours of setup/pack down, there are so just many details to think about.

But when you choose Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings, our team of experienced professionals will be by your side every step of

the way to make planning so simple and stress free. Choose a ceremony alone, or a full ceremony and reception – then let

How do I plan my Pop-Up Wedding- Anywhere?

Step 1 – Choose your own DIY or private venue (ensure your venue allows you to bring your own suppliers and catering). Step 2 - Choose from our two types of Pop-Up ‘Anywhere’ packages: ceremony only, or ceremony PLUS reception. Step 3 – Add any ‘extras’ you need. Step 4 – Chat to our team about your venue, dates and deposits…then start planning your dream wedding!

Or maybe you’ve found a beautiful old hall just perfect for your big day? From beautiful backyards to gorgeous gardens, our Pop-Up PLUS – Anywhere packages have been designed to help you hold a spectacular wedding ceremony PLUS reception at your own venue without the stress, fuss or mortgage-busting cost that often comes along with a DIY event.

Pop-Up PLUS Pizza Reception – Anywhere

Priced from just $6250 ($6550 2020)* including:

your celebrant, including creation all legal paperwork and creation/presentation of a beautiful, personalised ceremony

beautiful acoustic singer Kay Raynor to ‘sing you down the aisle’ and throughout your ceremony, from $295 ($325 in 2020)

Our booking terms and conditions Bookings, payments and deposits

• All bookings are subject to supplier availability.

• * A $300 celebrant and photography surcharge applies to all weekend pop-up wedding packages.

• A strictly non-refundable booking deposit is required within 7 days to secure your event with Adelaide Pop-Up

Weddings. This deposit secures your date, package pricing and included suppliers.

• No booking is confirmed until a full deposit has been received. Deposit pricing is as follows:

- $700 for a ‘Pop-Up Ceremony – Anywhere’

- $1500 for any ‘Pop Up PLUS’ ceremony and reception package.

• Your final account balance must be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to your wedding date. Sorry - we cannot

accommodate instalment or part-payments.

• Deferring or transferring a confirmed booking may be available - at the discretion of management - with at least 6

months' notice and depending on availability. Transfer fees will apply.

• Travel surcharges apply for venues beyond the Adelaide metro area. Exact pricing will be confirmed prior to booking.

Photography

• You will be provided with your completed gallery of images within six weeks of your wedding day.

• We will share 5-10 sneak peek photos of your wedding day on our Facebook page within a week of your wedding.

• Your images remain the property of Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings, and may be used for advertising/promotional purposes.

Catering

• Your final guest numbers and a detailed list of any allergies and special dietary requirements must be provided no less

than 30 days prior to your event.

• We will do our best to cater for special dietary requirements such as gluten free, vegetarian and vegan guests - however

some restrictions do apply for very restrictive diets. In the case of a significant number of guests requiring custom pizzas,

the entire group may be subject to these requirements, and surcharges will apply.

• Woody the Wagon requires a flat space at least 7m long and 5m wide, with NO overhanging trees or roof. This space

must be easy to access with our ute and trailer, with access to 240v power. The wagon is 4m high so cannot travel

through standard height garages or car ports.
