Father O’Brien
On behalf of the entire parish community I thank all those who
assisted in making this past weekend a joyous celebration of the feast day
of our patron Pope John XXIII. It is hoped that we will make the
occasion of his feast day an annual parish celebration of faith and
community. This first annual celebration both at Mass and socially was
made special by the participation and work of numerous parishioners.
Our special thanks to Chris Kennedy and our choirs, and Jacqueline
Bressette for their efforts to enrich the weekend liturgies and Paula
Picciotto who coordinated the Saturday Evening Feast of the Good Pope.
We thank all of the following who were a great help in the Saturday
evening gala and also the Sunday morning receptions after Masses:
Cheryl Babrowicz, Sharon Hambrecht, Margi Lawrence, Pat & Don
MacLaughlin, Michele & John Marzocchi, Ed Reynolds, Wanda &
Gregg Salem, Sharon Woznick, Randy Steffen, Alex & Max Steffen,
Dominic Madia, Rick Phillips, Mike Holy, Damir Klapan, Alison Just,
Kathy King, Cathy Kuepper.
