Arrive to Tanzania
You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to Arusha town, at your arranged hotel. You will meet your driver guide who will brief you on your upcoming safaris, then rest until the next day morning.
Migraon Safaris – NgorongoroPick up from Migration Safaris and transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation area. We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and after lunch we will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for an afternoon safari tour.\Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National ParkPark supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, is it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the evever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the south western corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here.
Serenge (Lobo Area)After breakfast, enjoy a full day game drive in the Serengeti National Park. The area around Lobo and the Grumeti River has good resident game throughout the year. Non-migrating game like elephant, buffalo, gazelle, zebra, lion, leopard and cheetah can be seen here all year round. The game viewingviewing is very good and you can follow game for long periods without seeing other vehicles – truly one of the forgotten corners of the Serengeti Plains. Magnificent riverine trees can be found along the river lines and bird life such as kingfishers and fish eagles can be found here.

Ngorongoro – Serenge (Lobo
After breakfast we head towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far asas the eye can see. We head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. We arrive in time for lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park.
3
Serenge (Lobo area) – Northern Serenge (Wagakuria area)
Our day starts by descending into the Great Barranco, a huge ravine. We then exit steeply, up the Great Barranco Wall, which divides us from the southeastern slopes of Kibo. It’s a climb over rock, not technical, but long and tiring. Passing underneath the Heim and Kersten glaciers, we head towards the Karanga vallvalley, which is our last stop for fresh water before the summit. Scree now forms the terrain as we walk through arid and desolate land towards Barafu camp.

We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and after lunch we will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half day’s safari tour. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park, it’s dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large butbut shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually been seen here.
Northern Serenge (Wagakuria area)
After breakfast enjoy a full day game drive in the Wagakuria area. Resident wildlife numbers are exceptionally high in the Wagakuria area, with prides of lion up to 30 strong, however from August to October the area turns into a wildlife paradise. The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds crcross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later. Please take note – to actually finding a crossing is very difficult and is sometimes a matter of luck. A herd can be seen next to river and only decide to cross or not cross until a couple of days later. This area is a stunning region with kopjes, kopjes, woodland, riverine vegetation and open plains, similar to Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve.

I wish I could write a glowing review for Popote as our trip was absolutely
wonderful until my fiance's health was compromised. His blood oxygen level dropped to 54 (one's blood oxygen should be hovering within the 90's) and our guides weren't transparent about what was happening and we was happening and we felt pressured to continue the trip despite the fact that the list of medical concerns included the following: significant difficulty breathing and sleeping for two days, extreme ...

From the very beginning of inquiring about the trip with Sabino or Redeem, to the driver meeting us at the airport, the whole experience was perfect.
The responses to questions were timely and thorough and the actual experience
was beyond our expectations.
Florian, our guide, and Dulla, our Florian, our guide, and Dulla, our assistant guide, were very knowledgeable and good about monitoring our safety and vitals throughout the day.
