PROPERTY LOCATION AND ACCESS

The 44 claim block is located in southeast Rollo

Township, about 75 miles southwest of Timmins.

Access is by paved Highway 101 to a point 60 miles

west of Timmins, then south 35 miles by gravel logging

roads to the property. A new gravel road just completed

by Heron Resources Ltd. to their property in northeast

Swayze Township passes through the east side of Kenty

Resources Ltd. claim 650409.

PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

The 44 unpatented contiguous claims are held by

Kenty Resources Ltd. of 1601-100 Adelaide Street West,

Toronto, Ontario, M5H 1S3.

CONTRACTOR SUBMITTING WORK

The geological mapping was carried out by R.J.

Graham, P. Eng t , Geoconsulting Services of 23 Westview

Drive, Callander, Ontario, POH 1HO during the period

September l to October 31, 1983.

CLAIMS COVERED BY THE MAPPING

The following 44 claims were completely covered by

the geological mapping, using lines cut at 120 meter

intervals from a 94 0 astronomic baseline 2.8 miles long.

TOPOGRAPHY, TREE COVER, OVERBURDEN, CLIMATE

Relief is generally flat with low hills to 30 feet.

Occasional 10 foot cliffs occur, probably representing

fault scarps.

Tree cover is locally dense and comprises mixed

evergreens and deciduous varieties. There are extensive

areas of wet swamp, especially near the Swayze River near

the south part of the claims.

Overburden is very extensive, and outcrops are

sparse, but the bouldery overburden probably does not

exceed 50 feet.

The climate is Sub-Arctic, with summer highs of

f24 0 C and winter lows of -40 0 C with several feet of

snow.

GEOLOGICAL WORK

The region was previously mapped by Rickaby in

1934, (see O.D.M. Map 43b, Scale l" = l mile and Volume

XLIII, Part 3). His tabulation of rock types is shown

on the attached sheet.

Because of the scarcity of outcrops, no useful

interpretation can be made as to the possible continuity

of the various rock units.

Here follows the description of the rock types

found during the mapping. Their distribution is shown

on the attached map of the property, Scale 1:2,500 meters.

Mafic volcanics;

Medium grained, dark green, often pillowed,

aphanitic with vesicles. Feldspar laths and amphiboles

sometimes visible.

Lapilli tuff

Polymictic, unsorted, fragments angular to sub

rounded, l mm to 8 cm diameter with a median of 7 cm.

Medium grey, aphanitic matrix with medium to fine

white milky feldspar grains and l mm glassy quartz eyes,

This may have been previously identified as "feldspar

porphyry".

Argillite

Light grey siltstone with interbedded black

graphitic siltstone usually less than 8 cm in thickness,

Generally well bedded.

Medium to dark grey fine grained matrix with un

oriented mafic laths less than 4 mm long.

Nipissing Diabase

Coarse grained, with up to 8 5* 5 mm amphiboles in

a pale green saussuritized matrix.

Rhyolite

Grey green, hard, aphanitic, sometimes carrying small

mafic fragments. At 25 m east of line 2400E at 260 m

south of the baseline, the rhyolite is highly siliceous,

with quartz stringers and disseminated pyrite.

Early prospectors put down a series of scattered

pits and trenches. These are all shown on the attached

geological plan.

Besides scattered pyrite and minor local pyrrhotite,

the only structure of possible exploration interest was

a 6 inch quartz vein in a collapsed trench at 1700 m east

and 210 m north. The vein has chloritic fragments in it

but no sulphides were seen. The host rock is mafic

volcanic.

No previous ground work is evident on the Kenty

claims apart from general prospecting, and it is

suggested that detailed geophysics including surveys of

magnetometer and possibly induced polarization might

assist in defining geologic structures and exploration

targets.

CERTIFICATION

This certifies that the undersigned graduated from

the Camborne School of Metalliferous Mining, Cornwall,

England in 1954. He became a Member of the Association

of Professional Engineers of Ontario (Mining) in 1957 and

has remained a fully paid up Member to date.

For the last 28 years the undersigned has been

actively engaged in mining and exploration in Canada and

the U.S.A. with particular emphasis on gold.

The undersigned was contracted by Kenty Resources Ltd.

to carry out geological mapping on their 44 claim

property in Rollo Township, Ontario, and this work was

actively supervised by the undersigned who verifies the

mapping as being correct.

The undersigned has no financial interest in the

property described in this Report, nor does he have any

financial- interest or Securities of the Company.
