Honey Glazed Pork Chops My family loves these after a hard day.

Ingredients

6 pork chops1 C. honey

3 Tbs. mustard

Directions

Mix honey and mustard well with a wire whisk. Pour over chops. Bake in a 350-degree oven for

1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve with a salad and rolls.

Easy Baked Pork Chops This easy recipe yields tender, flavorful chops. Trimming the fat and baking the chops keeps the

fat lower.

Ingredients

4-6 good sized pork chops, trimmed

1 can golden mushroom soup

1/2 can (use the soup can) apple juice1 Tbs. onion flakes

1 tsp. thyme

1 Tbs. soy sauceDash garlic powder

Directions

Place pork chops in deep baking dish. Mix soup, cider or apple juice, onion flakes, thyme, soy

sauce and garlic powder. Pour over, covering the chops. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 11/2 hours or until chops are no longer pink.

Breaded Pork Chops These are easy to prepare and only take an hour to bake.

Ingredients

4-6 boneless pork chops at least 2 inches thick 2 C. Italian Bread Crumbs

3-4 eggs

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Scramble eggs in a glass or tin pie plate and put the bread

crumbs in another pie plate. One at a time, cover the pork chops thoroughly in the egg mixtureand then the bread crumbs. Place evenly spaced on a lightly coated baking sheet and bake for 1

hour or until juices run clear.

Makes 4-6 servings.

Creamy Baked Pork Chops These chops bake for quite a while, so when they finally come out the meat is tender and juicy.

Ingredients

6 pork chops1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. seasoning salt

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 C. all-purpose flour2 C. Italian-style seasoned bread crumbs

4 Tbs. olive oil

1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup1/2 C. milk 

1/3 C. white wine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse pork chops, pat dry, and season with garlic powder andseasoning salt to taste. Place the beaten eggs in a small bowl. Dredge the pork chops lightly in

flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with bread crumbs.

Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side,or until the breading appears well browned. Transfer the chops to a 9x13 inch baking dish, and

cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. While baking, combine the cream of 

mushroom soup, milk and white wine in a medium bowl. After the pork chops have baked for an

hour, cover them with the soup mixture. Replace foil, and bake for another 30 minutes

Shake and Bake Mexican Pork Chops Kick that shake and bake recipe up a notch with salsa and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

6 to 8 boneless pork chops (1/2 inch thick)1 packet SHAKE AND BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating mix

1 C. Salsa1 C. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Coat pork chops with coating mix as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix.

Place chops on a large baking pan. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until pork chops are cookedthrough. Top chops with salsa and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until salsa is heated

and cheese is melted. Serve with additional salsa if desired.

6 to 8 servings.

Grilled Pork Chops Marinated in soy sauce, lemon pepper and garlic, these chops are flavorful, but light.

Ingredients

1/2 C. water1/3 C. light soy sauce

1/4 C. vegetable oil

3 Tbs. lemon pepper seasoning2 cloves garlic, minced

6 pork loin chops, fat removed

Directions

In deep bowl mix all marinade ingredients. Marinate at least 2 hours. Remove from marinade

and cook over medium heat on greased grill about 15 minutes or until done.

Basil Lemon Pork Chops This may be the world's easiest marinade with a secret ingredient you won't believe.

Ingredients

1 12-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed1/2 C. basil leaves, cut into thin strips

4 Tbs. olive oil

1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 Melon, sliced4 loin pork chops, at least 1-inch thick 

Directions

Mix the first four ingredients. Reserve 1/4 C. of the marinade to brush on while grilling. Pour the

rest of the marinade over the pork chops, and refrigerate them for 2 hours, turning once in theprocess. Grill the pork chops for approximately 20 minutes, turning them once and basting them.

What will give the dish even more zest is grilling melon slices along with the pork chops. Be

sure to brush some of the marinade on the melon, too. Serve with rice.

Yield: 4 servings

Stuffed Grilled Pork Chops Dried cherries and golden raisins help to season these fabulous chops.

Ingredients

4 double thick bone-in loin end pork chops1 C. salt

1 C. brown sugar

1 Tbs. black peppercorns

1 Tbs. mustard powder2 C. cider vinegar, heated

1 lb. ice cubes

1 1/2 C. cornbread, crumbled2 Tbs. golden raisins

1/4 C. walnuts, roughly chopped

1/4 C. dried cherries, halved1/4 C. buttermilk 

1/2 tsp. ground pepper

2 tsp. fresh sage, thinly sliced1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Directions

In a plastic container put the salt, sugar, peppercorns, and mustard powder. Add the hot vinegar

and swirl to dissolve. Let mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to develop flavor. Add ice cubes and

shake to melt most of the ice. Add chops and cover with brine. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove

chops from container and rinse. Cut horizontal pockets in each pork chop for stuffing. Combinerest of ingredients, and put into piping bag that is not fitted with a tip. Pipe each chop full with

cornbread mixture. Grill the chops on medium high heat for 6 minutes on each side. Turn eachchop 45 degrees after 3 minutes to mark.

Grilled Italian Pork Chops 

Believe us when we say this is all you need for a delicious, broiled pork dinner.

Ingredients

1/2 C. salad dressing

1 envelope garlic & herb Italian salad dressing mix4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 

Directions

Mix salad dressing and salad dressing mix. Place chops on greased broiler pan 4 to 6 inches from

heat. Brush with 1/2 of the salad dressing mixture, turn. Broil 8 minutes. Brush with remainingsalad dressing mixture, turn. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Serves 4.

Grilled Boneless Pork Chops 

The sweet homemade marinade of apple juice, honey and sherry makes these chops savory and 

sweet.

Ingredients

12 6 oz. boneless center-cut pork chops3/4 C. apple juice

3/4 C. honey

6 Tbs. soy sauce3 Tbs. dry sherry

6 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting andpour the rest over pork chops in a large Ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.Remove chops from marinade. Grill pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning

once, to an internal temperature of 155-160 degrees. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.

Yield: 6 servings

Southern BBQ Pork Chops 

A simple, spicy version compliments of Southern good ol' home cooking

Ingredients

1/4 C. Italian salad dressing1/4 C. barbecue sauce

1 tsp. chili powder

4 boneless center cut pork chops, 3/8-inch thick 

Directions

Combine first three ingredients and pour over pork. Cover container and place pork in

refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Drain

liquid from pork and save. Place pork in skillet and brown for a few minutes on both sides. Pourthe liquid that was saved over the top of chops. Cover pan. Simmer over medium heat for 5

minutes.

Serves 4.

San Francisco Pork Chops I love this recipe. It has great presentation, and it's delicious!

Ingredients

3/4 C. dry sherry wine or apple juice (or 3/8 C. of each)6 Tbs. dark brown sugar

6 Tbs. soy sauce

1 tsp. red pepper flakes (adjust to you taste)

1 tsp. olive oil4 lean, boneless pork chops

salt and pepper to taste

4 C. egg noodles2 Tbs. cornstarch

1/4 C. water

Garnish; red and green bell pepper

Directions

In a small bowl, combine sherry or juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and pepper flakes; set aside. In

hot skillet, heat oil. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste; brown in oil. Pour sauce over

chops, reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare noodles as directed on

package. Drain noodles, transfer to platter. Place pork chops on top of noodles. Cover to keepwarm. Stir together corn starch and water. Thicken the sauce remaining in the skillet by

gradually stirring in cornstarch mixture over low heat. Once thickened, pour sauce over chops

and noodles. Garnish with bell peppers and serve.

Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce This is a quick and easy recipe that will taste like it took hours to prepare.

Ingredients

1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves or thyme leaves, crushed

4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick each

1 Tbs. vegetable oil1 medium onion, sliced

1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup or 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

1/4 C. milk 

Directions

Mix garlic powder, paprika and basil. Coat chops with garlic powder mixture. Heat oil in skillet.

Add chops and cook until browned. Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup and milk. Heat

to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.

Yield: 4 servings

Cranberry Glazed Pork Chops This is a festive recipe with lots of holiday flavor. Honey, ginger, cinnamon and cranberries!

Ingredients

4 boneless loin pork chops, trimmed of fat1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 C. chicken broth or water

1/2 C. jellied cranberry sauce

1 Tbs. honey1/8 tsp. ginger

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with pepper. Spray heavy nonstick skillet with cooking spray;place over medium heat until hot. Add pork chops. Cook three minutes each side or until

browned. Add chicken broth; cover and cook 12-15 minutes or until tender, turning once. In

small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over chops. Cook 1 minute, turningchops to glaze. Place chops on platter; spoon cranberry mixture over top.

Italian Style Skillet Pork Chops Macaroni and spaghetti sauce make this a true Italian dish.

Ingredients

1 Tbs. vegetable oil6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick 

1 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce with fresh mushrooms

1 clove garlic minced

6 C. hot cooked med tube-shaped macaroni (3 1/2 C. dry)

Directions

In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook half of the chops 10 minutes or until

browned on both sides. Remove, set aside. Repeat with remaining chops. Pour off fat. Stir

spaghetti sauce into same skillet. Heat to boiling. Return chops to skillet. Reduce heat to low.Cover; cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Serve with

macaroni or other pasta.

Pork Chops and Potatoes in Mustard Sauce This crockpot recipe churns out pork chops dripping with flavor and spice.

Ingredients

6-8 pork chops2 Tbs. cooking oil

1 10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup

1/4 C. chicken broth

1/4 C. country Dijon-style mustard1/2 tsp. crushed dried thyme

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. pepper2 medium potatoes, cut into thin slices

1 onion, thinly sliced

Directions

In a skillet, brown, pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Drain. In stoneware combine mushroomsoup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat.

Place browned pork chops on top of potato mixture. Cover cook on Low for 10 hours or on High

for 5 hours.

Tangy Pork Chops This is a tasty meal for a family. The pork comes out tender and with a little sweetness. Kids love

it.

Ingredients

4-5 1/2 thick center cut pork chops

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 sweet onion sliced2 celery ribs, chopped

1 large green pepper, sliced

14 1/2 oz. can of stewed tomatoes with onion and green pepper1/2 C. ketchup

2 Tbs. cider vinegar

2 Tbs. brown sugar2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbs. lemon juice

1 beef bouillon cube2 Tbs. cornstarch

2 Tbs. water

Directions

1. Place chops in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2. Add onions, celery, pepper and can of tomatoes.

3. In a separate bowl combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worchestershire sauce, lemonjuice and bouillon. Pour over vegetables.

4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.5. Combine water and cornstarch until smooth. Pour in slow cooker.

6. Cook 30 more minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Serve with rice.

Crockpot Pork Chops with Mushroom Sauce 

Create a creamy dish seasoned with sage with this easy recipe.

Ingredients

8 to 10 small, thick Pork-chops

2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/8 tsp. sage1 can (12 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 Tbs. dried onion flakes

Directions

Trim the excess fat from the chops and use it to grease a large skillet. Over high heat, browneach chop lightly on both sides. Salt and pepper each as it finishes and place it in the crockpot.

Add the sage. Turn the soup (undiluted) and the onion flakes into the still hot skillet. Scrape the

pan juices and turn them into the cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.

This easy crockpot recipe adds a bit of island flair with pineapple.

Ingredients

6 pork chops

1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, including juice

1/4 C. packed brown sugar

2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

Put pork chops into a plastic zip-type bag. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over pork chops in

bag. Store in refrigerator overnight. Put everything into a crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours

or until done.

Ingredients

4 C. Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing

6 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick 1 can Cream of Celery Soup or 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup

1/3 C. milk 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Prepare corn bread stuffing according to pkg. directions. Spoon stuffing across center of 3-qt.shallow baking dish. Place pork chops on each side of stuffing. Mix soup and milk. Pour over

chops. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with cheese.

Yield: 6 servings

Pork Chop Casserole A great, oven-baked dish with crispy French-fried onions and creamy soup.

Ingredients

3/4 C. all-purpose flour1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

6 pork chops2 Tbs. oil

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

2/3 C. chicken broth

1/2 tsp. ground pepper1/4 tsp. dried thyme

1 C. (8 ounces) sour cream, divided

1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions, divided

Directions

Cut off any visible fat from chops. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper; dredge

pork chops in mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet; cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side or

until browned. Place in a single layer in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking dish. Combine soup,broth, pepper, thyme and 1/2 C. sour cream; pour over chops. Sprinkle with half of the onions.

Cover and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Stir remaining sour cream into sauce. Top chops with

remaining onions. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Pork Chops and Rice This is an easy meal to stick in the oven and it's ready in an hour.

Ingredients

6-8 pork chops1 Tbs. shortening

1 1/2 C. uncooked minute rice

3 C. hot water1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown pork chops in shortening; remove from skillet and add water and onion soup mix to

drippings. Stir and bring to a boil. Spread rice in bottom of 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Pour watermixture over rice. Place browned pork chops on top or rice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover

with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

Yield: 4-6 servings

Italian Pork Chops Mozzarella A simple, baking recipe using Shake 'n Bake, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese

Ingredients

6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 1 pkg. of Shake n Bake Original Pork Seasoned Coating mix

1 1/2 C. of spaghetti sauce

1 C. of Shredded Mozzarella CheeseAluminum Foil

Directions

Coat the chops with coating mix as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix.

Place the chops on Aluminum Foil lined 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Spray lightly with nonstick 

cooking spray. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes or until cooked through. top the chops withspaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the sauce is warm and the

cheese is melted.

Makes 6 servings.

Rhubarb Pork Chop Casserole Try this simple and unconventional use of rhubarb and you'll be hooked.

Ingredients

4 (3/4-inch thick) pork loin chops1 Tbs. vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

3 C. soft bread crumbs3 C. sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb, 1-inch pieces

1/2 C. packed brown sugar

1/4 C. all-purpose flour

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil and season with salt and pepper. Remove to a warm

platter. Mix 1/4 C. pan drippings with bread crumbs. Reserve 1/2 C.; sprinkle remaining crumbs

into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon; spoon half over thebread crumbs. Arrange pork chops on top. Spoon remaining rhubarb mixture over chops. Cover

with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle with reserved bread

crumbs. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until chops test done.
