MD StatementBeta Port and Marine Services Development Company is the operator of Shahid Rajaee Container Terminal that steps into the arena of state marine and port activities as an Iranian operator with a totally different approach and attitude. The company is the founder of useful services for customers and effective actions in state marine and port industry during the period of its activity.Our view in Beta Port and Marine Services Development Company is to provide services to customers based on modern and up-to-date models.Continuously reviewing our attitudes and performances, we determine and commit ourselves more than ever to provide highest quality service to our customers.Our duty is to gain the trust of our customers and beneficiaries and to show that we assume bigger commitment for ourselves and it is that our success is subject to the success of all of those who are in contact and cooperate with us.Hence, we seek to develop a type of work atmosphere in Beta Port and Marine Services Development Company where customers, colleagues, investors, suppliers and social and economic institutions consider their cooperation with us as a success and pride and they become interested in establishment of a constant and strong relation and connection with us. IntroducionHormozgan Province (Persian: Ostān-e Hormozgān) is one of the thirty-one provinces of Iran. It is in the south of the country that

located on the North of Persian Gulf facing Oman and UAE. Hormozgan provincial capital is Bandar-Abbas. The province area is 70,697

km2 (27,296 sq. mi) and 1,000 km (620 mi) of coastline.

Bandar Abbas is the main sea transportations port of Iran which connected to the international sea and Ocean through Persian Gulf -

hormoz strait which any kind of goods transships from ship to worldwide in linking by railway. The main port of the province is Port of

Shahid Rajaee that located in Bandar Abbas and international airport that fly to international and domestic daily.

There are two Container Terminal quays in Shahid Rajaee Port named Terminal-1 and Terminal-2 which are navigable by ships of more

than 100,000 Gross tonnages and accessible to capsize ships which have a potential for loading and dicharging of 80 million tons

(Capacity for four million TEU Containers) per year.

Strategic and unique geographic position of Shahid Rajaee Port plays a key role in connecting to the markets of World Wide countries

to each other. It carries out transshipment (Container- trains) from Shahid Rajaee Port in linking to the all Iranian provinces and linking

to the neighboring countries rail ways in Turkmenistan, Turkey and Azerbaijan

Shahid Rajaee Port Terminal-1 is leading with strengths in Sea trade transportation in linking to the international railroad connection

with more than 80 world’s famous ports through the top 35 international container lines.

Shahid Rajaee Port Complex has a unique geographical location near the Hormuz Strait (Main intercontinental Corridor). The Run area

of Shahid Rajaee Port is 2,400 hectares with a capacity of four Millions TEU per year and capable to increase.

The vast variety of sea transport of bulk and general cargo such as steel products, dry bulk, liquid bulk, and oil products takes place

through this port.

Shahid Rajaee PortThere are two container operation terminal in Shahid Rajaee Port named Terminal-1 and Terminal-2. The operation of terminal-1 is

carrying out by Beta Company.

There are two container operation terminal in Rajaee port named Terminal-1 and Terminal-2. The operation of terminal-1 is carrying out by Beta Company.

Safety Policy System, Health and the Environment (HSE)

BETA Port and Marine Services Development Company is one of the Main Portoperators in handling of Contains cargos in Iran's marine industry which established the highest standards of HSE management system in inauguration.

Beta celebrates its 1,000,000 Hours without any accident and injury to its employee and incorporated persons. The first priority of Beta based on its strategy is valuing and caring on the HSE standards. Beta always eagers for training safety and environmental protection and follows the complete established rule and regulations.

- Follow all of the national and international rules and conventions adopted by theIslamic Republic of Iran in IMO.

- Reducing and eliminating of environmental potentials risk in the operational areas, Coastal and marine equipment to the minimum.

- Establishing of emergency teams and committees for analysis, research of accidents

- Implementation of the IMS

- Grant required training for the company staff at all levels of the organization and constant supervision over the training.

Beta Technical –Engineering departmentBeta Technical –Engineering department recruiting experienced

and refined man powers are endeavoring to render all P.M. and

B.M. services according to the already predicted and designed

plans in order not to experience any interruptions in service

providing procedures.

RF ContainerPreserving and serving refrigerated containers containing

perishable articles is the most important port issue which is

supervised and monitored through experienced experts 24

hours a day. Terminal 1 refrigerated site includes 430 power

units and to supply further, 17 other units of power pack each

one including 60 power units are applied to supply the power

required.
