Technological Reserch Centre

The project consists of designing an idea from an animal. Which I chose was the spider because it always interested me the diversity of these animals and their lifestyles.The body of the spider is the living space, his legs are the metal structure supporting the antenna that, at the same time, simulated the spider web.

Pardo Hotel

Located in the district of Miraflores in Lima, it is the design of a 14 floors, 66 rooms (6 rooms in 10 floors and two floors with 3 suites). The ground floor, the first floor and 4 basements have the necessary services to the 5-star hotel. Basements also have parking for 24 cars, the necessary demanded by the city according to its regulations. The hotel has:1. Reception - Gym - Dining Room - Pool.2. Rooms with King Size beds3. A large auditorium4. Presidential Suite 25. 2 Suites6. Service Area
