I am a French product & service designer freshly graduated with high honors. I obtained a Master’s degree specialised in Responsible Innovation and work experience in Paris, Amsterdam and New York through internships in different studios.

The reasons that led me to pursue a design education are a passion for making life more simple, a thrive for building things and sensibility for people. I turn problems into opportunities through a human-centered approach with sensitiveness, taking in consideration gestures, rituals and emotions in order to craft innovative meaningful experiences. I believe that products and the experiences those create should be simple and fulfill needs as well as creating delight.

I have a special interest in product-service systems, interactions, sustainable scenarios and technology.

Teddy is an animal-shaped roll-on moisturizer for children that creates a fun experience when used and originally designed for eczema treatment.

Cormark, an Australian company specialised in plastic packaging organised a competition to design innovative packaging for children under 10. I focused on the treatment of eczema to drive me towards a more meaningful solution. The roll-on applicator gently massages the skin and creates a caring and pleasant ritual of use between parent and child.

The starting point of the project is that existing products are cold and medical while children target product should be friendly and playful

Teddy has been designed with manufacturing in mind: thin HDPE and PET walls reduce the amount of plastic needed and allow for recycling at end of use. You can as well that the concept could be extended to a family of products such as lotion, sunscreen and soap!

23TOUL jute stool

Toul is a stool designed to promote an innovation in materials by Gold of Bengal, a social company that aims to develop the use of jute fibre and resin as a new eco-material in Bangladesh.

Gold of Bengal aims at using its excellent mechanical qualities to replace fibreglass in many applications. The design includes a balanced and delicate aesthetic, showcasing the strength of the material, and a form that allows the stools to be stacked.

Gold of Bengal is a social business that aims at redynamising the jute economy in Banglesh. To prove that jute agrocomposite can be an eco-alternative to fiber glass, the Gold of Bengal team built a 100% jute composite boat and sailed from France to Bengladesh. They came with us with the question:

how to design an iconic object that convince people about jute’s opportunities in agrocomposite?

IMPROVINGTHE EXPERIENCE OF TREATMENT FOR SLEEP APNEA PATIENTSend of studies project

Page 30: portfolio 2015

Belem allows patients suffering from sleep apnea to do breathing exercises into order to breath, sleep and live better. It is a smart connected device that fits into patients’ lifestyles.

Sleep apnea is a condition that affects millions of people. The default treatment is rejected by many patients who find it invasive. My goal is to improve patients’ experience of the treatment by promoting an alternative therapy that is medically effective while being socially acceptable for patients.

My first goal was to become a specialist of sleep apnea be able to understand what the problem really was. I build an interdisciplary team including patients and their partner, doctors and healthcare provider to design the most relevant project possible.

Panorama is an exercise area incorporated into modern furniture, a domestic landscape which combines fitness modules, a sofa, a coffee table, a lamp and storage.

It is composed of a wooden base and a large cushion with back supports which provides a comfortable space for family and friends. Its adjustable elements let you personalize the space while the fitness modules allow for soft exercise in the comfort of your living room.

Page 54: portfolio 2015

Lombricycle is a playfully designed educational worm farm that aims to increase awareness about waste and sustainability among school children and, as a result, their parents.

Lombricycle is a mobile, user-friendly product that is fun to use through playful interactions.Features including organic waste transport boxes (from the home to the school) and an ergonomic spade and watering can increase functionality in the garden (as plants are way more fun than garbage)

Wire is a luminous bike jacket that encou-rages, through stylish design, young people to be safer when cycling at night. It uses thermo-generated electricity and is a short-term prospective project.

It combines reflective fabric and electrolu-minescent paper to increase visibility even in complete darkness. The electrolumines-cent paper is powered by Seebeck cells, a technology that produces electricity from the user’s warmth. Accelerometers in the sleeves control the electroluminescent paper on the jacket and allow the user to point out their di-rection.
