Shams Park, Abu Dhabi- UAEShams Park designed by CRJA serves as a mix-use development located on Reem Island to design the Central Park. The new development will accommodate 55,000 residents. It is an open space and associated recreational amenities, water canals run through the development.

Carlton Hotel RenovationThe Carlton hotel is registered in the Historic and Landmarks preservation Department, The renovations were done to convert the hotel from a single room occupancy hotel to luxurious hotel. The challenges and restriction in repairing the facade. The interior is designed to be completely gutted and renovated.
