BRIEF: There is a need for the prominent political party to have central head quarters at a national level for conducting their political businesses. The site selected is in the Southern Part of Mumbai near Mantralaya & Marine Drive.
DESIGN OBJECTIVE:The Design of the Head Quarters reflects an ambience conductive to securely conducting the political business, rallies, meetings etc yet being transparent to public interaction.

BRIEF: To design a Film’s Institute at a site located near Peddar Road, South Mumbai.The site already consisted 2 structures namely “GULSHAN MAHAL [HERITAGE STRUCTURE]” and the “MUSEUM BUILDING [UNDER CONSTRUCTION BUILDING]”.Since FILM INSTITUTE PROJECT was allotted so creating a correspondence between these buildings is the most important thing to achieve in this project.

EVOLUTION OF DESIGN:
Mumbai is a modern metropolis whose history is now fast fading into obscurity. Although many may not the story about the birth of this beautiful city. The history of this beautiful city dates back to the formation of the seven islands- Colaba, Mazgaon, Mahim, Parel, Bombay Island, Worli & Old woman’s Island.

Volumes division as per zones of preferences etc. were concentrated. Being a Student Activity Centre, a place were the teens would want to come and spend their time!
