I read Group A documents, and I thought organization of the content in this

document is as follows.

First, the beginning of this sentence is e-mail to Dr. roy that was written this

group thinking on the process of setting up the company.

Second, The middle of this sentence is explaining the process of setting up their

company.

Third, The last of this sentence is explaining the current situation and the need

for this start-up their company in details.

I think the individual sections and headings in the document can clearly

represent the idea; because, the individual sections and headings are written to

be able to understand the contents of the document at first sight.

Therefore, when we make the document, I think the individual sections and

headings become very important role.

This group document includes some details of contents.

First, this document is written the reason in detail why this group started their

company.

Second, this document is written mission statement of this company. I think

idea is indispensable to manage a healthy company.

Lastly, this document is written a future of this company and this company’s

policy in detail.

I felt that the following sentence was confusing expression.

“There are many people who coming Aizu to commute from other town or city. It

is a burden to student who live in out of Aizu. However, they can't live here

because Aizu don't have weekly or monthly condo near University of Aizu.”

When I read this document, I think this sentence make a mistake in grammar

here and there, so this sentence becomes incomprehensible.
