The kindergarten school was designed for a small district in the state, located far away from the urban context. Despite the children's educational purpose, the project benets the entire local community, allowing the integration between the inhabitants and providing space for activities, local parties and support group reunions.

The large size of the land has allowed good distribution of sectors, so that the teaching activities could be completely isolated from any public area, providing safety and comfort for the children in classroom.

The project goal was to create a unit capable os attending the locals efciently, ensuring comfort for users, doctors and other professionals of the property.

Both inner and outer space of the building has dimensions that guarantee free access for people with special needs - one of the main issues of the architectural program. Besides that, all ooring and nish materials were dened according to the Brazilian health standards.

The sets of social housing are part of one of the most known Brazilian government programs called «Minha Casa Minha Vida» . They are houses built with the objective of sheltering citizens who do not have enough income to buy a property on the market.

Therefore, the design of social housing was developed to ensure that good projects were planned for all who need a better place to live.

This work consisted of developing a proposal for a luxury building for a variety of uses. After careful site analysis, we came to the conclusion that the corporate towers and hotel would be the best recommended for construction.

The corporate tower has 23 oors of ofces that can be organized according to the renter. The hotel tower has 16 oors, a total of 144 suites. The complex also has common areas such as restaurant, panoramic view of the surroundings, library, meeting room and theater.

This urban renewal project is presented as a continuation of the complex project presented previously. The area where the towers were built had to be replanned in order to support the new urban local demand.

The project is not nished yet, but it includes a center of culture, restaurants, parks, bike paths and a restoration of the river edge.
