Projects completed by…
Michael J. Landes
My knowledge and ambition created opportunity, and I eventually managed projects and worked directly with
clients, architects and subcontractors, building custom homes and speculative homes, and doing extensive
remodels.
In 2004 I started Landes Construction where the client base was focused primarily on mid- level residential
remodels and additions. The projects that follow are a few of my most recent accomplishments in which I led the
development of the design and scope, as well as managed and performed the hands-on work of every phase in-
house with exception of flatwork, plumbing and electrical.
My passion for the construction industry began at
a young age. My father was a successful
developer in the greater Seattle area, building
custom homes and many of his own design-built
speculative homes.
At the age of 13, I started my first job as a laborer,
working on his jobsites learning how to use the
tools of the trade, laying out walls and swinging a
hammer, eventually becoming a accomplished
carpenter. Following graduation from high school, I pursued a degree in Construction Management.
