time, cost and resources is the need of hour. We also evaluate the opportunity cost of

engaging with clients based on our previous history of engagements and the opportunity cost

that have been won/lost as against to competitor and the needs to make fit of the shortfalls.

10) Our values

We believe being honest leads to a Win-Win situation and unnecessarily dragging on a job

that adds no value to both parties is not a good situation. Also the IT market conditions are

highly volatile, frequent changes in demand supply. Because of this we do not wish to work on

a permanent role of a corporate and also do not have plans to climb the corporate ladder. We

do not poach on jobs that are reserved for certain categories, groups or on special deputations

by company board or wait for appraisals for a raise. We value your policies whether it is good

for us or not and we do not have ties with Unions or Groups that might affect your image

11) We are clear and d irec t

We don’t have double tongue on what we do and we do not. In case of dispute we usually

manage it amicably by interpersonal communications, or suitable mediation. We don’t make

false promises and we make sure what we promise we complete.

We feel most of our competitors do not offer such openness and sincerity due to their poor

talent base and inefficiency, large structure and self hyped human costs that they have been

doing since decades and relying on Government grants and support to bail out the losses yet

showing public that their stocks and balances are healthy. We would not like to create

controversy on such topics.

All decisions made are based on merit of engagement and we do not have room to work with

clients other than the job at hand and completion of assigned tasks. We do not entertain talks

on compensation matters or consider these topics of value while at work; also we don’t

investigate or bothered to the value being delivered by our competitor sitting next to us doing

the same job as us. We are happy to what we do and what we earn.

We do not get involved in unnecessary, unhealthy competition or discussion with co-workers

from different groups, culture, religion or what their company does for their welfare. We are

seriously not here to look at that. However if we find we have been compromised or being

harassed against any company policies or compensation that are beyond the Government

fairness policies then we might withdraw our service and support until further notice.

OUR CULTURE AND P OLIC IES

We are open for discussion and follow an Open door policy, no discrimination based on race,

color, sex etc.

We assure you that our engagement will be satisfactory one and see that it leads to a Win-Win

situation. We respect your culture and will not hinder in your day to day work or program

functioning. We don’t advocate use of pirated software or abuse any of the IT Policies.

We retain or remember all the transactions we have had with our clients and maintain the

confidentiality of either engaging with us or not doing so. Our future engagements are based

on this history and we usually are open for discussion for matters that have had a bad credit

history. We trust our clients and respect your views and criticism.

We have a limited pool of human resources but large talent base, skill sets and advisors and

consultant who can get involved in your project. We assure you the best of services we have

to offer bring success in your projects and ventures.

ENGAGIN G WITH US

You can approach us for a confidential talk and discussing with us on the terms and conditions and the contract pricing, fixed price, fixed rate, variable rates, and hybrid payment options. Details of the contract can be worked out in a mutually agreeable terms and condition. We are open for a position that best fits your company policies and needs. We can take on contract roles or a temporary position that can be extensible for a long period. We usually like to work on Multi skills and Multi project scenarios and are keen to deliver the best of our talent and more than 100% of sweat work in order to get your work done in time and in budget. We are reachable on our email, phone or local address in Toronto.
