insurance, Taxes, Conveyance, profits retained, Job specific needs for safety and handling,
medical insurance and expenses
We value your opportunities and understand that the opportunity offer may not be available for
us if it is not leveraged. We understand in order to have a healthy relation making best use of
time, cost and resources is the need of hour. We also evaluate the opportunity cost of
engaging with clients based on our previous history of engagements and the opportunity cost
that have been won/lost as against to competitor and the needs to make fit of the shortfalls.
10) Our values
We believe being honest leads to a Win-Win situation and unnecessarily dragging on a job
that adds no value to both parties is not a good situation. Also the IT market conditions are
highly volatile, frequent changes in demand supply. Because of this we do not wish to work on
a permanent role of a corporate and also do not have plans to climb the corporate ladder. We
do not poach on jobs that are reserved for certain categories, groups or on special deputations
by company board or wait for appraisals for a raise. We value your policies whether it is good
for us or not and we do not have ties with Unions or Groups that might affect your image
11) We are clear and d irec t
We don’t have double tongue on what we do and we do not. In case of dispute we usually
manage it amicably by interpersonal communications, or suitable mediation. We don’t make
false promises and we make sure what we promise we complete.

We feel most of our competitors do not offer such openness and sincerity due to their poor
talent base and inefficiency, large structure and self hyped human costs that they have been
doing since decades and relying on Government grants and support to bail out the losses yet
showing public that their stocks and balances are healthy. We would not like to create
controversy on such topics.
All decisions made are based on merit of engagement and we do not have room to work with
clients other than the job at hand and completion of assigned tasks. We do not entertain talks
on compensation matters or consider these topics of value while at work; also we don’t
investigate or bothered to the value being delivered by our competitor sitting next to us doing
the same job as us. We are happy to what we do and what we earn.
We do not get involved in unnecessary, unhealthy competition or discussion with co-workers
from different groups, culture, religion or what their company does for their welfare. We are
seriously not here to look at that. However if we find we have been compromised or being
harassed against any company policies or compensation that are beyond the Government
fairness policies then we might withdraw our service and support until further notice.
