RENEWAL OF BELÉM RIVERFRONT
Creating a route along the study area through the construction of a new dwelling, where it
can be a constructive place in which it operates. The circulations are crucial and it is these
that enable a choreography throughout.
This action is carried out through a topographical modeling, where it is possible to provide a
sense of continuity and discovery, which enables the sequence of spaces develop in a
constant mode and waiting.
The urban renewal project includes an exterior, where it develops the design of the garden,
it seeks to be a place of leisure facilities and bringing together various elements that include
the daily activities of the population.
The interface will be the connecting element between the square yard and the masses,
bringing together road, rail and river.
The redevelopment of the current block from the old garages of material engineering and
surrounding areas is made through the implementation of the proposed program, the
habitation of nature _ triple short stay, nursing home and permanent, so that some
elements will be resolved as the backtack urban area or even the parking lot.

NURSING HOME OF SANTA CRUZ DE ALVARENGA
The implementation of the project of a nursing home and a daycare center becomes visible
through a main building where there are areas of administrative services, common areas
and support services. Is this starting to develop two groups of rooms that allow define
outdoor spaces, creating an open relationship between the interior / exterior.
The turning point of this set is performed by a space of retreat, which includes a polyvalent
room.
The rehabilitation of the exterior has become a key element in the design of this project and
is a permanent concern the close relationship between the areas that shape the program
and outer space.

HOUSING PROJECT IN REGO TRAVESSO, SEIXAL
The project had as a program to create a triple nature of housing: villas, townhouses and
residential buildings.
The creation of this project intended to remodel another already proposed to the same
place, which included a housing inserted into a golf course.
So, new projects were created for each type of housing, in which the key element is the
constant contact with the outer space. In these homes we intended to use environmentally
friendly materials for a rapprochement with nature.

MUNDIAL ESTORIL RESORT HOTEL & SPA **** _ ESTORIL
It is a unit of great prestige and a excellent location, and the Sintra Mountains as a
backdrop and a sea view from the front, including views from the estuary of Rio Tejo to the
beach of Guincho in Cascais.
It is part of a land with 22,000 m2 and has a construction area of 35,000 m2. Has 230
double rooms, 2 restaurants, several Banquet and Meeting Rooms, Spa with indoor heated
pool and an outdoor pool.
It is a project that has as concept the total investment in eco-efficiency through the use of
renewable energy, environmentally friendly materials and recycled, recovery and reuse of
water and application of building systems that allow better management of the entire
enterprise.

HOTEL **** 24 DE JULHO _ LISBON
The hotel is located on 24 de Julho Avenue in Lisbon overlooking the Rio Tejo.
The time counter the image of exterior of the building, its interior is modern, hightech. The
central core is made of glass, which comprises the stairs, elevators, the service, facilities
and its own partition walls between rooms and corridors of circulation. In those specific
walls will be used to allow the glass Dreamglass constant mutation of the various floors by
alternating between transparency and opacity of that glass, as if the room is occupied or
not.
At level 0, plus comprehensive seating areas and bar, ample space will be reserved at the
front desk that will allow temporary exhibitions and interventions (car exhibition, fashion
shows or art installations).

LUZ COUNTRY HOTEL & SPA_ PRAIA DA LUZ, LAGOS
This is a hotel built on a large land of 34,800 m2 with a view over the coast and the beach
da Luz
In this hotel there are three types of rooms. The Sea View Room is a room in which the
view is on the Algarve coast and the sea. To best enjoy this view of these rooms have a
private balcony.
The Garden Room will be unnatural with a large private terrace, a garden space very
inviting. This model exists in the form room suite with a large living room.
We will also have leisure area who understand a spa, a large restaurant and terrace bar for
direct access to the pool area.

MEIRA HOTEL **** _ VILA PRAIA DE ÂNCORA
This hotel is located near the beach, offering a privileged view of the sea in the center of
Vila Praia de Ąncora.
The project consisted of the reclassification of the hotel unit 3 stars to 4 stars, but adapted
to the new legislation, both hospitality and accessibility and fire safety.
However, in order to obtain an image and quality according to four stars, was made a
profound overhaul decorative, giving it a modern and elegant style.

in the city center, in Restauradores Square. The architecture and decoration are inspired in
the 40s and turn around the concept of urban chic, where past and future meet in a unique

Promoting the concept of boutique hotel combines charm and rehabilitation of a historic
building representing the Portuguese modernism, the hotel was completely restored keeping
intact ex-libris as the faade and staircase, breathing new life into a work of renowned
