ITINERARY

Thursday 15th or Friday 16th March 2018 Independently make your way to Perth International Airport 3 hours before scheduled departure and board your selected flight (see table above for suggestions). The lead coach is booked on the above suggested Emirates flight to ensure he is available to you upon your arrival in Lisbon. Player Attire: TFD Tour polo & blue kit shorts, plus standard white socks.

Saturday 17th March 2018

Arrive Lisbon – All families who share arrival times have been informed of their inbound transfer (inc) info. (Note: Lisbon time is eight hours behind Perth) 6.30pm- Players meet hotel lobby. Full Blue playing kit + bag + ball. Local training session behind closed doors. Hotel Address = Rua Soeiro Pereira Gomes, Lisboa. 8.30pm – Entire tour party attends dinner together. All players meet at central Lisbon Hotel (Sana Metropolitan) by 9pm Player Attire: Tour polo (all players must have arrived by this time)

Sunday 18th March 2018 07.00 to 10.00am - Breakfast at hotel (inc) 8.30am - Players Group Breakfast (TBF) 10am – Players and parents meet in reception to exit hotel to watch SCP Academy Teams playing their weekly top tier fixtures Player Attire: TFD Tour polo & jacket with casual pants 1.30pm – Opening tour lunch (inc) 3-3.30pm – Bus Returns to hotel (inc). Players rest. 5.30pm – Evening Meal in hotel (inc) 6.15pm (TBF) - All tour participants meet in lobby, depart for SCP v Rio Ave game (inc), Estadio Jose Alvalade.

Monday 19th March 2018

9.30am - Group Breakfast (inc)

10.00am (TBF) - Walk to local training area for team meeting and possible light training session (players only)

Player attire: Blue playing kit, bring your ball (outdoor footwear required)

Lunch at leisure

4.30pm - All players and parents meet in Reception

Player Attire: Blue playing kit, tour jacket. Inside each players black backpack must be: Toiletry bag, pair of boots x 2, white/black playing kit, 2 days worth of underwear, flip flops/sandals, necessary medical items

6.00pm – Game vs Sporting Lisbon A team, age specific squads. Walking distance from hotel 7.30pm – Players & coach depart for SCP academy. Players issued their own Tues/Wed schedule by SCP. 8.15pm – Evening meal for parents in hotel (inc). Coach will inform you of restaurant location.

4.30/5pm (TBF) - Bus back to Valdemoro (inc). Hotel Reston, Glorieta del Universo, 12, 28341 Valdemoro. Players given choice of meal then check in, or check in then evening meal. They will have had a very long day by this point.

7.45am - Breakfast at Hotel (inc) 8.15am - Meet in Reception. Bus (inc) departs to U10 venue, Torrejon De Velasco. Player Attire: Blue Playing kit (white/black kit in bag), tour jacket. Boots in bag. This is last years tournament line up. 2018 final line up and schedule released on Sunday 18th March U10 (Benjamin) – TFD in Group A

U10’s confirmed to play in the tournament group stages with Real Betis, who are statistically the best club

in Europe for producing home grown players for their own first team This is an example of the game day format U10 Game Schedule:

8.00am - Breakfast at Hotel (inc). Post breakfast, player feedback session. Check out 11-11.30am – Please settle your room extras prior to departure (mini-bar, telephone calls etc) 12pm - Bus Transfer to Madrid Airport (inc)

Key notes: • TBF = to be finalised • (inc) = included in package for all members of the travelling party

What to pack: ● Tour Playing Kit and socks – PLACE BLUE PLAYING KIT IN HAND LUGGAGE ● 1-2 pairs boots (must be clean). No metal studs. We recommend one pair of boots with quite shallow molded studs and one pair of astroturf boots -PLACE ONE PAIR IN HAND LUGGAGE ● 1-2 pairs shinguards - PLACE ONE SET IN HAND LUGGAGE ● HAND LUGGAGE – Use your TFD Tour backpack ● Deflated ball (will be provided) - PLACE IN HAND LUGGAGE ● Required medications – Children travelling alone - please advise Ben ● Water Bottles x 2 ● Strapping Tape (if required) ● Skins (Kit colour = blue or white) ● Casual clothing including; (most importantly a pair of plain-ish black track….) pants, T shirts, jeans, jumpers, tops etc. No inappropriate logos allowed. o The above actions will ensure you are on time. Buses will never wait. o There are no warnings for players failing to observe their curfew. Benched for 15 minutes

instantly (unless emergency circumstances) o Label all clothing items with player name and memorize your squad number o No kicking or bouncing balls indoors nor any boots allowed on the buses unless requested

to do so by the coach o Under no circumstances is any player to leave an accommodation, training or match

venue without an adult o Players will be made aware on arrival of our sportsmanship and professional behaviour
