• Steps– 2007 – 1st analisys /provision process (decision not to buy)– 2008 - 2nd analisys /provision process (run a pilot)– Serial Solutions was chosen– B-on headquarters, Univ. Oporto, ISCTE– Kick-off meeting in the 5th of May– 3 Stages (Consortium setup, Pilot institutions setup, Services)
