Position Overview
This position is based within the Customer Management and Sales team. The successful The successful candidate will support the Digital Customer Hub (DCH) with in Telstra who look after a large portfolio of customers from small businesses to large enterprises. As part of this role you will work with the specialists in the DCH team to help strategise, execute and implement programs and campaigns across digitization, simplification, sales/marketing, process improvement - ensuring successful outcomes for our customers and business.
