Position Overview

Support improved profit centre performance by delivering projects within cash flow and profit return benchmarks.

Key Stakeholders:

Internal: General Manager, Senior Development Manager, Development Team, Stockland Design, Marketing, Finance and Sales Team.

External: State/Local Government Approval Authorities, Consultants, External sales representatives, Contractors, Community Groups/Stakeholders and Builder Partners.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Assist the Development Manager to ensure Medium Density Residential Projects are scoped, designed and delivered in accordance with Stockland D-Life, the agreed vision and 1H and 2H profitability levels.

Assist as required in obtaining relevant planning and authority approvals. Support management of project design and delivery to ensure schedule, revenue and cost

objectives are met. Assist with control and monitoring of design coordination between consultants. Assist with control and monitoring of development budgets. Assist with procurement and payment of consultants, contractors and suppliers. Support settlement delivery programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved. Assist with preparation for Design Forums and Project Review Meetings. Assist with the preparation of Project Risk Assessments and Safety in Design Workshops. Assist the Development Manager to drive strong engagement with the key stakeholder

groups including but not limited to: consultants, contractors and community groups/stakeholders to achieve required outcomes in a manner that enhances the image and reputation of Stockland.

Assist with the development and review of project Stakeholder Engagement Plan(s). Respond professionally and in a timely manner to customer issues.

Assist with preparation of Project Control Group reports and other ad hoc reports as required.

Assist with monitoring market and competitor activity to maintain competitiveness. Assist with preparation of Sales Release Strategies and Pricing. Participate in a team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange and

business outcomes. Collaborate with other areas within Residential and the broader Stockland business. Contribute to the development of a team culture that delivers high value-add outputs and

an environment where people excel. Ensure elements of relevant HSE procedures/processes are implemented at the project

level Assist with identifying risks and ensure all identified risks/compliance issues are actioned

and closed out within the required timeframe. Assist with preparing contracts for all relevant stakeholders ensuring HSE responsibilities

are outlined therein. Provide assistance to scope and review projects in line with the Residential Sustainability

Policy.

Eligibility Requirements

Currently studying in their penultimate or final year of a relevant undergraduate or post-graduate degree with an Australian university

Australian citizen
