You will be required to sign and date this information and it will be returned to our office for your personnel record. This policy goes into effect immediately, so please review it carefully and make sure you understand the consequences. PERSONNEL RECORD During the staff meeting for the districts if you were handed an envelope when you walked in the door this means that you are missing some im- portant information that is needed to work in the schools. If you have not done so already, could you please have these documents submitted to us as soon as possible so that we don’t have to do the necessary actions listed in the letter. Thank you for your cooperation! Issue 71 April/May 2015 Attendance Policy Principals don’t acknowledge whether an absence is excused or unexcused and they want dependable employees. Excessive absences could result in a loss of your position and/or a loss in PD II, LLC’s contract. Any employee requesting time off and/or are absent for more than 3 days throughout the year without a valid excuse will be subject to disciplinary actions up to and including termina- tion. Some of you have over 3 unexcused absences which could result in disciplinary actions. If the supervisor has talked to you about your absences, please turn in your valid excuses so that these actions do not have to take place.
