Kudos to Kerry Galloway over at Talley Middle for doing a spectac-ular job at his school. The Principal called and gave a phenomenal evaluation on the performance Mr. Galloway is giving at Talley. Keep up the hard work!
Kudos to Rochelle Warren who went above an beyond. Mrs. Warren ran out of minutes on her phone, drove to the Pharmacy so she could use their phone, called us back and took the assignment. That is what you call dedication!
Kudos to Najee Conner at Maple Lane for landing a main role in a movie! Way to go!
QUOTE FOR THE MONTH
“We should not moor a ship with one anchor, or our life with one hope.”

Updated Policy In Effect
Our supervisor, Mr. Sean Lee, will be stopping by all schools to provide you with an updated time sheet policy. You will be required to sign and date this information and it will be returned to our office for
your personnel record. This policy goes into effect immediately, so please review it carefully and make sure you understand the consequences.
PERSONNEL RECORD
During the staff meeting for the districts if you were handed an envelope when you walked in the door this means that you are missing some im-
portant information that is needed to work in the schools. If you have not done so already, could you please have these documents submitted to us as soon as possible
so that we don’t have to do the necessary actions listed in the letter. Thank you for your cooperation!
Issue 71 April/May 2015
Attendance Policy Principals don’t acknowledge whether an absence is excused or unexcused and
they want dependable employees. Excessive absences could result in a loss of
your position and/or a loss in PD II, LLC’s contract. Any employee requesting
time off and/or are absent for more than 3 days throughout the year without a
valid excuse will be subject to disciplinary actions up to and including termina-
tion.
Some of you have over 3 unexcused absences which could result in disciplinary
actions. If the supervisor has talked to you about your absences, please turn in
your valid excuses so that these actions do not have to take place.
