Even though I do not believe in my self right now, I choose to believe positive self-talk creates positive changes now. 2. Even though I am not the starting third baseman, I choose to believe I have can contribute as the backup second baseman and will take 2 steps each day to make me a better player. 3. Even though I feel devalued and unsuccessful right now as a pitcher, I choose to believe others see my value and I believe I have value. 4. Even though I am not one of the three third basemen, I choose to believe I will be the best off the bench DH on the team and will do three things each day to make me a better clutch hitter. 5. Even though I am the 5 th starter, I choose to believe hard work now will help me become the 4 th starting pitcher. 6. I am looking forward to each new day because I choose to believe I add value to the team. 7. Each day I will spend 20 minutes in practice perfecting my curveball and choose to believe it will get hitters out. 8. 1. Even though I do not believe in my self right now, I choose to believe positive self-talk

creates positive changes now.
