With a history spanning more than threedecades Prasad Film Laboratories is a Kodak Imagecare Certified facility.We were the first to introduce the Digital Film Lab concept in Indiaproviding high end scanning, Digital Intermediate and Digital Masteringfacilities capable of output to any format and media including DigitalCinema, Celluloid Film, DVD, Blu-Ray, Web based, Mobile and other mediadeliverables. We offer clean, fast color negative processing for 16mm,Super 16mm, 35mm and Super 35. Digital Intermediate

One of the first companies to start providing VFX serives for featurefilms in India, our VFX team comprises of more than 300 professionalscovering all areas of motion picture special effects. We have the abilityto scale up for very large projects. Our VFX studios are equipped withthe latest digital technologies and Integrated Kodak Imagecare certifiedFilm Processing Laboratory. Audio

Started in 1964, Prasad Group's Editing Department has over 36 yearsof experience in film and video editing. We have some of the mostadvanced equipments for handling 35mm and 16 mm film formats.Negatives are handled in specially designated areas which maintain veryhigh cleanliness, standards and climate control. Our digital editing suitesare equipped with the best hardware and software. Coupled with ourexcellent telecine facility, video players and recorders of all video formatswe have been providing sterling service to the Indian, South Asian, FarEast and Middle East film industries. Editing

Prasad Group was the first company to import a telecine machine toIndia and today has one of the largest networks of Telecine Suites withseveral machines ranging from Thomson Spirit 4K and Cintel DSX toURSA Diamond and Gold spread across its post facilities in all majorfilm production centers of India.

Our Telecine division can provide output in SD, HD, 2K and 4Kresolutions and cater to high end commercial post production, resolutionindependent mastering and film and video restoration projects. Coupledwith Lustre and DaVinci 2K Plus color correction engines, we providethe perfect solution for all your Telecine requirements.



Telecine

Prasad Group has one of the largest Digital Film Restoration facilitiesin India for film, video and audio. We are equipped with the finest ofhardware, software, trained professionals and an integrated KodakImagecare Certified Film Laboratory, preserving the negatives of majorfeature films from around the region. Our data security policy clearlydefines processes and procedures to ensure complete confidentialityand protect our customers' assets against all threats. Access control,data integrity, physical and environmental security, business continuitymanagement and incident management are some of the many importantaspects that form the basis of our security policy.

We have restored more than 250 prestigious film projects in differentlanguages from around the World including more than 12 AcademyAward Winners, 7 Golden Globe Award Winners and more than 10films nominated for these awards. Digital Film Restoration

Prasad Group introduced Blu-Ray Compression and Authoring in Indiaand provides one of the best such facilities. We have been associatedwith all the top production houses and have mega productions' Blu-Raytitles to our credit. We cater to some of the most demanding clientsproviding Quality, Creativity adhering to stringent time frames. Weprovide Pristine High Definition (HD) - 24p Video, 1920 x 1080p inAVC H.264. Audio is processed in Uncompressed LPCM/24 bit, DolbyDigital 5.1/16 bit, 7.1 DTS True HD and MAS. Our dedicated Graphicsdepartment provides on-screen Popup and other interactive Menus.We also have an in-house sub-titling department. Our Blu-Ray facilitiesare equipped with the finest of Hardware and Software. Tape to Film Conversion was introduced in India by us and we provideexcellent facilities to transfer advertising commercials and films shot orpost produced on any video format including HD, DVCAM, DigitalBetacam and Betacam onto celluloid film. The Audio conversion andmixing theatres are equipped with the latest technology and softwareto provide Mono, Stereo, Dolby SRD, Dolby 5.1, Dolby EX, DTS andDTS ES outputs.
