CulinarT is the contest of creative cooking for the professional chefs. there were 9 outstanding participants and only one has become the winner and got the prize – 50, 000 UaH! Yuliia Prokhoda, chef at Café Select (Kyiv), was announced as the best in the contest.

fonTeGro eXpo 2018 is an annual project organized by Chef congress FOntegrO and prOFiteX company. For the fourth time the leading Ukrainian chefs held workshops at foreCh. at the booth with innovative professional equipment provided by prOFiteX 16 chefs were cooking various dishes, analyzing culinary techniques and sharing news of the gastronomic world.

For all three days of the exhibition booths of foreCh exhibitors were buzzing with active work. the visitors could see presentations, culinary workshops, exciting shows and many innovations for hospitality industry. experts in HoreCa sector have gained priceless experience during educational lectures, and had a chance to choose the best equipment and conclude profitable contracts.

Besides, active business atmosphere filled every corner of national exposition of italy, which united over 20 companies. italians presented manufacturers of high-quality food, beverages and equipment. therefore, Ukrainian customers had an opportunity to discover the best italian products.

these three days were extremely active, pleasant and full of bright events. this year’s feedback from exhibitors and visitors was particularly positive.
