By looking at the conventions shown within a horror poster, we have decided to follow these conventions by making are poster include:

Picture of the location Film title A tagline Credit block Release date Official website Main characters and Director’s name Production company The reason for why we will not include the words True story/events is because by looking at example horror posters we found that it could make the film feel less real because the audience might

think that it is only on there to make the film seem more realistic and believable.

Magazine lay out

We are using an existing magazine to showcase our film with Total film

Our films title will also be depicted on the cover, similar to the example of a Total film cover

The main image from the film will feature on the front cover with the magazine title at the top and the title of the film underneath the picture
