Security in Computer Systems and Communications

This course offers the necessary technical knowledge for engineers responsible for designing secure systems and system administrators responsible for ensuring computer and network security within a company or a public authority. The emphasis is on the understanding and analysis of attacks on networks, systems and security hardware. Another focus is on the design and management of security mechanisms for fixed and mobile networks, computer systems and security applications of image processing.

Communication for Intelligent Transportation Systems

Understanding current and future ITS challenges require a unique combination of expertise and experience at the boundaries of computer, telecommunication and transportation sciences.The course offers the necessary technical and practical knowledge required by engineers and project managers responsible for designing ITS applications and the related ICT mechanisms to understand the innovations and unique opportunities of ITS applications.
