Christmas dinner.Here you can learn, how to make one.

500g potatoes 200g vegetable with stem (for example carrot) 200g green peas 100g onions 100g sour cucumbers 200g mayonnaise salt sugar vinegar freshly ground pepper

Ingredients

How to make potato salad

• Peel potatoes and slice them into small pieces.

• Put hot water into saucepan and boil potatoes.

• Pur away the hot water.

Step two

• Wash vegetable (the ones with stem).

• Put the washed vegetable with stem into salted hot water.

• After a while add green peas.

• Boil everything until it will turn soft.

Step three

• Also slice onions and sour cucumbers into small pieces

• Pour away the hot water from saucepan.

• Cut the boiled vegetable with stem into small pieces.

Step four

• Mix it all with fork or spoon.

• Now add salt, sugar and vinegar according to your taste.

• Put all sliced vegetable into a bowl and add mayonnaise.

Last step

And now the only thing left to do is to zest the

potato salad with freshly ground pepper.

Then you can put finished potato salad on a plate, decorate it and

dish out.Bon appetite
