WaveStar® Static Transfer Switch

• STS line supplies the facility and its loads with a choice between two avail-able sources of power. STS senses system disturbances, verifies the availability of an alternate source of power and trans-fer loads to this source – all within 4 milliseconds.

• PDI’s WaveStar® package is the most advanced monitoring system available gathering critical load data supported by the static switch.

Qwikswitch® Single Phase Static Transfer Switch • Single-phase static transfer switch moni-

tors multiple AC sources. • Maintains continuous power to critical

control systems without the limitations of mechanical contactors or UPS systems.

WaveStar® Power Monitoring• PDI’s patented Branch Circuit

Monitoring System (BCMS) measures and reports the current of each indi-vidual panelboard circuit allowing for proactive management of every device in your facility.

• Available as factory OEM installed or as a retrofit kit.

• New BCMS Plus monitors voltage and many other critical settings.

• BCMS local monitoring shows all readings at the unit level in addition to the ability to monitor the settings and alarms remotely.

WaveStar® BCMS Hub• Your existing BCMS system rolls up into

touch screen monitor.• Look at up to 70 BCMS cards or real

Redundant Power Distribution Systems• Redundant PowerPak Systems are

designed to handle dual source applica-tions. Switching between sources either manually or by automatic switch.

• Switching functions are matched with PDI’s power conditioning and distribu-tion capabilities to create a totally redun-dant power path and switch between

either manually or in automatic mode. • Units can be right-sized to match single

and dual cord loads. • Units are available up to 300kVA, as

fully front and side accessible and top or bottom feed.

Global Maintenance Bypass Cabinets • PDI offers custom maintenance bypass

cabinets that align to match your UPS cabinets.

• Available in either a two or three breaker design, with or without distribution and with or without transformers.

• Quick delivery is available to accompany any vendor’s UPS system.

PowerCubetm Transformer• Custom transformers are available from

15kVA to 1 Mva.• K-ratings from K1-K20. • Available with multiple output designs

and high efficiency TP-1 features.

Medium Voltage Transformer• UL listed.• Dry type transformers, inductors and

reactors up to 15 kV at 2 MVA.• High capacity state-of-the-art manufactur-

ing facilities for fast delivery.• Enclosures (NEMA 1 through 3R and

specialty enclosures).• Integration of all peripheral equipment

including fused disconnects, input and output circuit breakers and switch board panels.

Inverters • S4 - NEBS Certified Telecom Grade Power

Protection. Modular 3.5 - 21 kVA with redundancy, static bypass and distribution.

• S5 - 1U Rack Mount 1.5 kVA N+1 Inverter with 24 or 48 VDC input options and true sine wave output.
