Coaching Call Indicators developed for outcomes as defined in proposal
Questions for consideration Given the coaching call is conducted with a Foundation
employee, what is the grantee voice if there is disagreement on suggested outcomes or indicators?
Does the power dynamic restrict the grantee from truly asking the questions that would most benefit their organization, particularly if those questions are not of interest to the Foundation?
Does the evaluation TA actually improve evaluation design? Grantee reporting?
To what extent are grantees building (and measuring) evaluation capacity through this “low-touch” evaluation coaching approach?
