Load Class Descriptions on Your Billing StatementSeveral times throughout the year, we receive calls from members asking if their water heater or electric heat is being controlled. Members often times refer to our website, but are unsure what load class their electric heat or water heater is on. Load class is determined by Jackson Electric. Members will now have their load management strategy (Load Class) listed on their billing statement. Below is a guide to help determine your equipment’s load class:
