• Hiring Manager initiates the New Job Requisition process
• Prior to creating a New Job Requisition on Workday ATS:
• discussions with appropriate leaders to move forward with the requisition
• review Job Description to ensure it still reflects the role today (and if there are major revisions this may also effect compensation)
• have required details ready (similar to what you would require to complete the Personnel Requisition form previously)

• Recruitment far into the process will be completed with current practices and successful candidates will enter workday as an “employee”
• Recruitment in early stages/not actively started will be uploaded into Workday ATS
• Current contingent (agency staffing) will remain as is for now, but future contingent workers/Agencies will be required to be integrated with our ATS system
