In court.There has been an
incident at Penair school. All of the paintings were stolen from the art department. Miss Payne is the main suspect, as no windows were broken and only she has a key. Traces of paint were also found on her clothes. You have 5 minutes to come up with a case.
Prosecution and Defense. Prosecution
Team; present the evidence that it was Miss Payne who stole them.
Defence Team; present the evidence that Miss Payne is innocent.
Making a case
You must imagine that you have been given access to evidence, either by
talking to the police or to the defendant, etc. You must present this evidence to the judge. Your evidence needs to be really convincing in order
to win the case.

Objective of today; To develop understanding of the importance of recording evidence throughout the
Diploma course, and the best ways to go about this.
