History

1981- AcBel were founded in July, named Leadtorn Industrial Inc.

1985- AcBel obtained power supply orders from IBM.

1996- AcBel acquired business division from Vidar-SMS and

change official name to API Technology Co., Ltd.

1998- AcBel announced new CIS and changed English name to

AcBel Polytech Inc.

2003- AcBel IPO on Taiwan Stock Exchange (ticker 6282).

2010- AcBel strategic alliance to launch fuel cell products.

2016- AcBel received “2016 Corporate Social Responsibility

“ Award from Economic Daily.

AcBel received 2016 TCSA Taiwan Business Perpetual

Award by TAISE

2017- Launched Solar power plant industry.

2018- First Solar farm joined the operation at Taoyuan.
