PARKING PERMITS
Cost: $20 per sticker per car
Students are required to park on bha campus to avoid
fees and/or towing
Can be bought from Br. Ihab, Campus Security Officer
Cars without a sticker will be penalized and fined
Permits must be place on the windshield near the
inspection sticker

GRADUATION
The Senior Class is responsible for making a
senior video that highlights each student
and captures memories relevant to the
class.
Video needs approval by Dr. Iram
There is a graduation ceremony dress code that is required
Students must follow the dress code
but can change after the ceremony if they wish
Girls:
· Long black skirt or black slacks
· Black closed toe shoes (maximum 2 inch heel)
· White or off white head cover/hijab (No design)
· Minimal make-up (no fake eyelashes, contouring, eyeshadow, lipstick, etc.)
Boys:
· Navy Blue/Black Dress Slacks
· Button down White Dress Shirt with tie
· Formal Dark Dress Shoes
· Short haircut (No colored hair and no spikes

Students will receive their diploma cover on graduation day on stage.
Actual diplomas will be mailed to the student’s home address in the
summer. Make sure your mailing address is correct on Sycamore
Families with outstanding charges on their account will have the diploma or
transcript withheld.

INELIGIBILITY TO ATTEND SENIOR TRIP:
1.Suspended at any occasion for any duration during the senior year 2.Has more than 15 Demerit Points by the day before the trip 3.Has been written up for a Level 3 or Level 4 Infraction 4.Is at risk of graduating on time 5.Needs to complete any incomplete coursework 6.Has been suspended from taking classes at Richland College
Students who become ineligible for the senior trip after making the various payments as per the school’s payment schedule will not receive a refund. It should be noted that businesses do not refund the school when students drop out of their trip.

Financing- Pay upfront, possibly get reimbursed later
Destinations- 3 choices
Voting- parent votes will be used if there's a tie in student votes
Chaperones- BHA staff only unless it's umrah
