ASSESSMENTThe 60+ PSOs of each province would need to enter their information in acentralized system. The data would remained to be owned by the PSO orNSO. Each organization would be able to choose who they share theirinformation with.
INFORMATION SHARINGThe greatest challenge for an analytic company is the quality of the data. Once the data is captured through a CRM, we would be able to produce custom Report Cards per PSO or NSO for each organization to understand how they are performing and make decisions accordingly.
STRATEGIC PLAN The aggregated data has great potential to help provincial funding MSOs to make funding recommendations to their respective Ministries. This information will helpMAP SPORT IN CANADA and identify gaps. NSOs and PSOs could align their Strategic Plan with the identified strentghs and gaps.
