Four phase program
• Phase 1: Those who currently undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment (≥3 month period)
• Phase 2: Those who have finished phase 1 or clients who have not had chemotherapy or radiation (3 month period)
• Phase 3: Those who have completed phase 2 (3 month period)
• Phase 4: Those who have completed phase 3 (Lifelong period)
