• The first part of the digestive system.
• Takes food into stomach.
• Opening on the head with teeth.

• A tube that goes to throat.
• It stretches out to the stomach.
• An adult length is about 25 cm long.
THE
• It has a shape of a sac.
• It is muscular, elastic, and lying clockwise.
• Used for digestion.

• Cleans the blood.
• Maintain proper glucose in blood.
• Largest glandular organ.
GALLBL
• a small pear-shaped organ that stores and concentrates bile
• connected to the liver by the hepatic duct
• approximately 3 to 4 inches (7.6 to 10.2 cm) long and about 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.
THE SMALL INTESTINE
• Absorbs nutrients.
• Finishes digestion process.
• Passed the large intestine.
The large intestine
• Collects waste.
• Processed faeces.
• Just above small intestine.
RECTUM
• Rectum is an 8-inch chamber that connects the colon to the anus.
• The rectum’s job is to receive stool from the colon.

• Faeces pass the rectum.
